I would like to know if it's possible to retrieve data of Dialpad meetings AI Recaps via the Dialpad Websocket and event subscription. I have tried this to get the ai recap of the Dialpad calls.

I'm finding (in the sandbox) that the /api/v2/webhooks url always gives an empty response. If I know the ID of a webhook, I am able to get it on /api/v2/webhooks/<id> with no issue.
